This policy describes how Tournaments processes data for competitions. It supplements LeagueOfLegendsBG.Info practice and does not replace Riot Games' policy.

1. Controller

The data controller is the organizer of LeagueOfLegendsBG.Info. Email: admin@leagueoflegends-bg.info. Processing is for organizing community competitions, not for official Riot services.

2. What data we use

From the shared account: username, email, Riot ID, rank, role, and the main-site avatar. In Tournaments we store the team (name, TAG, logo), roster, fees and references, match reports (winner, score, Match ID, lobby code), notifications, and the organizer log. We do not store a Riot password.

3. Why we process

Legal basis: performing your tournament registration and our legitimate interest in running a fair bracket, resolving disputes, and preventing abuse. Fees are handled off-site (Revolut); we only see the status the captain and organizer record.

4. Who can see the data

Team names, TAGs, logos, rosters, and the bracket are public. The other captain sees the report and lobby code for the current match. The organizer sees the full log, waitlist, and disputes. We do not sell data or give it to advertising networks.

5. Retention

Participation history is kept so placements can be shown across tournaments. A logo is kept while the team exists or until you replace it. If an account is banned we may keep minimal security records. You may request a correction via the contact email.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, and in some cases erasure. Sign-in is via the main site; deleting that account also ends access to Tournaments. You may lodge a complaint with the CPDP (КЗЛД).

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies, described in the Cookie Policy. There are no third-party advertising pixels.
